    Christmas/New Year: Dec. 20 – Jan. 1  
  • $4100.00 for 7 nights (7 night minimum for this season only)
  Three night minimum stay for all seasons except Christmas/New Year. Extra days are pro-rated at the weekly rate.   We strongly encourage you to tip your maid. $2.00 per person per day is suggested. We also encourage you to tip your bellman/doorman at your own discretion.   Half of the rent is due upon confirmation of your reservation and the receipt of the rental agreement. You can pay this with a check, money order or credit card. The balance is due no less than 60 days before arrival.   CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY: If, for any reason, you cancel your reservation and we are able to re-book the unit for your dates at the same or higher rate you will receive a full refund. If we are not able to re-book you will receive full credit for a future stay. In case weather conditions close the Cozumel airport or an airport on your route making it impossible for you to arrive you will receive a full refund. We do suggest you purchase trip cancellation insurance.
