Hurricane Harvey took out our pier. It is being rebuilt. However, you can fish from the marina at our condo. This photo was taken in July, 2018 at the marina: Access it by the boat ramp. The swimming pool is open. The condo was undamaged and is renting. Also, there are 2 piers open in Rockport, one at the beach and one on Water Street. In addition, there are many fishing guides in Rockport you can book with, easily found online.
