“We enjoyed our stay at Bill and Alison’s condo in Rockport this past winter. This condo provides everything needed for a short or long term stay. The deck faces a large open area with live oak trees. One can see the bay but are out of the wind which is nice on cooler days. If you have any concerns the manager, Misty, will take care of them in a short time. Great to know this. There are four new TV’s, a new stove and new bedding in the guest rooms. There is a lighted fishing pier with a cleaning stand. As the water warmed the fishing improved. Guests can also enjoy a well maintained pool and tennis courts. The kitchen is well stocked if you decide to cook meals in. Activities include bird watching (whooping cranes), History and Maritime Museums, Rockport Beach, The beach at Port Aransas, wildlife refuge and much, much more. We are looking forward to staying here again.”

“Had a wonderful stay at Bill and Alison’s Rockport-Fulton condo over the 2014 Christmas break! The condo is right there at the Rockport Yacht and Tennis Club and was within easy walking distance to the pier and bay. The condo had full amenities and everything we could have needed. Very clean, relaxing, and enjoyable time by all of our family-including our beloved canines. Thanks to Bill and Alison for a very pleasurable stay!”

“My grandchildren (24, 17, 15, 6) and I (67) stayed a week in this condo and had the best time ever. The pictures are very true to life; everything was nice and clean, and we had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glasses, pots, pans, and since we cooked quite a bit, this was great. Also, the patio was well furnished with lots of chairs and a charcoal grill. We rented 2 kayaks and each could hold two, so all the kids could go at the same time; rented bikes one day, shopped one afternoon, went to the Rockport Beach, ate out…Everything was very comfortable, and I’m hoping we can all come back again next year! Misty, the manger, was very nice; the owners would be pleased that they have her in charge.”

“It was a cute and clean condo. It had everything we needed to cook our meals. We had stopped and bought groceries before we headed to the condo. We found the store conveniently nearby. We enjoyed the swimming pool, we fished off the pier across the street. We sat on the patio and enjoyed the cool night breeze. It was one of the most relaxing times we’ve had. We look forward to going back again.”

“We really enjoyed the condo it had plenty of space and the beds were comfortable and it is pet friendly which is hard to come by, there is a porch and yard right outside of the back door that is so convenient for dog owners. The water and fishing pier is within walking distance, we loved that. And they had a nice swimming pool. They also have a nicely equipped kitchen and we cooked both nights we were there. If you’re going to have a crab boil make sure to bring your own crab crackers, honestly I think that is the only thing that kitchen doesn’t have. The owners are very very nice and helpful and so is the lady who maintains the property her name is Misty. I would definitely go back and would and will recommend this place to anyone looking for a condo in Rockport Tx.”
