Three night minimum stay for all seasons. Extra days are pro-rated at the weekly rate.
8 persons maximum occupancy, including children. No children under 18 years of age unless accompanied by parent or guardian. No spring breakers.
No smoking in the condo or on the property.
We strongly encourage you to tip your maid. $3.00 per person per day minimum is suggested. We also encourage you to tip your bellman/doorman at your own discretion.
Half of the rent is due upon confirmation of your reservation and the receipt of the rental agreement. You can pay this with a check, money order or credit card. The balance is due no less than 60 days before arrival.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY: If, for any reason, you cancel your reservation and we are able to re-book the unit for your dates at the same or higher rate you will receive a full refund. If we are not able to re-book you will receive full credit for a future stay. In case weather conditions close the Cozumel airport or an airport on your route making it impossible for you to arrive you will receive a full refund. We do suggest you purchase trip cancellation insurance. See our rental agreement for more information.
